Statutory and contractual rights

EEA consumers generally enjoy a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts subject to hygiene-based exceptions for sealed goods that cannot be resold after opening when such exceptions comply with implementing regulations in your country.

Nothing in this policy removes non-waivable protections provided under the Norwegian Consumer Purchasing Act or equivalent EU implementations when you qualify as a consumer.

Goodwill return window

Beyond statutory minima, we allow many shoppers to return unopened bottles within thirty calendar days of delivery for refund or store credit when products remain merchantable and batch integrity seals are intact.

Opened bottles are inspected case by case with priority given to documented defects, courier mishandling, or fulfillment errors attributable to us.

Sealed dietary supplement considerations

Because Wellix is ingested, regulators treat tamper-evident packaging seriously. If you break the seal, return options may be limited to scenarios covered by statutory warranty or contamination investigations initiated through our quality team.

Starting a return

Email talk@khiphloxhlox.world with your order number, SKU, photographs of outer packaging, and a concise explanation. We issue a return merchandise authorization when your claim fits within policy guardrails.

Unauthorized returns may be refused at the warehouse and returned to sender at your expense.

Shipping and restocking

Unless we expressly accept fault, you pay return freight using a trackable service. When we mis-ship or deliver damaged goods, we email prepaid labels or reimburse reasonable postage upon receipt of receipts.

Promotional bundles may be restocked proportionally if only partial quantities come back.

Refund processing times

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within fourteen banking days from warehouse receipt and inspection. Store credits may arrive instantly in eligible accounts once a specialist validates the return.

Damage, shortage, and quality variance

Report shortages within seven days of carrier scans. Photograph outer cartons before discarding them. For organoleptic concerns that do not pose safety issues, we may request batch numbers so our suppliers can trace manufacturing conditions.

Subscription cancellations

You may pause or cancel recurring orders before the next billing capture through account settings or by emailing support with at least forty-eight hours’ notice prior to the charge timestamp shown in your reminder.

Shipments already handed off to carriers follow the standard return flow.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Contact us before initiating a chargeback whenever possible so we can reconcile ledgers and avoid unnecessary fees. Evidence packets include tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and communication threads.
