Agreement to these Terms
By visiting our website, opening an account where offered, or submitting an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, each as updated from time to time.
If you disagree with any portion, please discontinue use of the services. For business customers, a separate enterprise agreement may supersede inconsistent provisions when signed by both parties.
Eligibility
Services are intended for natural persons aged eighteen years or older who can legally enter binding contracts in their jurisdiction. Corporate buyers must supply accurate registration numbers and authorize representatives to place orders.
You warrant that information submitted during checkout is truthful and that you are not placing orders on behalf of restricted parties under applicable export or sanctions rules.
Accounts and credentials
Accounts, when available, are personal to you. You must safeguard passwords, enable multi-factor authentication if we offer it, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access so we can suspend suspicious activity.
We may close dormant accounts after notice or immediately when fraud indicators arise, always subject to legal preservation duties.
Product descriptions and supplements notice
Wellix products are food supplements, not medicinal products or medical devices under EU and Norwegian classifications. Online copy is general information only; the physical label and any authorized nutrition or health claims printed there prevail if there is a discrepancy.
Use only as part of a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition.
Norway & EU: Nutrition and health claims follow Regulation (EU) No 1924/2006 and national implementation. We do not make unauthorized disease-risk-reduction or treatment claims in advertising.
United States (FDA): Statements on the website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Individual experiences differ; we do not guarantee specific physical or mental outcomes.
Advertising, testimonials, and third-party platforms
Creatives and landing pages (including those reached via Google Ads, Meta, or other networks targeting Norway, the EEA, or other regions) must match this site: no suggestion that Wellix replaces medical treatment, no misleading “before/after” health implications, and no unsubstantiated superlatives.
Testimonials and star graphics may be labeled as examples where stated. We do not present atypical results as usual results. Price comparisons comply with the Norwegian Marketing Control Act and EU consumer law when a reference price is shown.

Orders and acceptance
Submitting payment information constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept the offer by sending an order confirmation email with key details and a transaction reference. Until then, we may decline orders affected by stockouts, mispriced SKUs, suspected fraud, or force majeure events.
We reserve the right to limit quantities per household to ensure fair access.
Pricing and taxes
Displayed prices include VAT when legally required for your delivery region. Shipping fees, recycling contributions, or customs duties may appear as separate lines before you confirm payment.
Promotional prices display defined start and end timestamps in local time unless otherwise stated.
Shipping and title
Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided. Inspect packages promptly and notify us within forty-eight hours of visible damage with photographic evidence.
Title passes upon full settlement of funds unless credit terms were pre-approved in writing.
Payments and fraud checks
Payments are processed through certified gateways that tokenize card data. You authorize us to charge selected instruments for the total amount shown at checkout, including recurring subscription renewals if you opt in.
We may perform velocity checks, address verification, or manual reviews that briefly delay fulfillment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape the site in ways that impair availability, attempt unauthorized access to administrative interfaces, upload malware, reverse engineer our checkout stack, or impersonate Wellix staff. Commercial resale without a reseller contract is prohibited.
Intellectual property
Trademarks, package designs, photography, copy, and code remain our property or that of licensors. You receive no license beyond browsing and placing lawful orders. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used without royalty to improve products.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, we disclaim indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or consumption of supplements. Direct damages are capped at the amount you paid for the disputed order during the twelve preceding months unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is void.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Consumers may bring proceedings in courts of their habitual residence when EU directives so provide. Business disputes shall be submitted to courts in Trondheim unless another forum is mandatory.
